LYONSCG and True Religion Team Up to Present at Demandware XChange 2015

LYONSCG is proud to sponsor the fifth annual Demandware XChange conference, which runs from April 13-15 at the ARIA Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. We’re very excited about the three day event, which enables participants to learn about strategies, experiences and innovations from Demandware experts and thought leaders via a wide range of presentations, workshops, roundtables, networking events, and more.

As part of the conference program,  LYONSCG’s Director of Account Management, Katie Dunlap, will co-facilitate a session on “Enabling Sales Associates in an Endless Aisle World,” with John Hazen, VP of Omnichannel Commerce & Digital Innovation at True Religion.  This don’t-miss session takes place on Tuesday, April 14 from 11:00-11:20 AM.

In their presentation, Dunlap and Hazen will describe the approach True Religion with LYONSCG used to leverage Demandware to build a world class digital endless aisle solution. True Religion was challenged to implement a transactional POS system that not only leveraged their current investment with existing ERP system, but also provided incentives to their in-store sales force. True Religion achieved tight integration with its ERP while offering an expanded set of products for the sales team to sell. The presentation will show that by enabling immediate sales recognition and sales credit for their in-store team and by offering new, visually compelling sales tools, the expanded eCommerce capabilities did not hurt associate relations.
