Be Our Next Hire
We look for a high degree of competency and demonstrated mastery of the skills required for the opportunity. Our team is built on a solid foundation of skills, knowledge, consultative professionalism and the embodiment of our core values and cultural fit.
After your application, we conduct an in-depth screening process where we look for a match with basic qualifications and experience requirements. We continue the recruitment process with a telephone screen with one of our recruiters and perhaps a technical phone screen with a hiring manager.

We have a work hard/play hard mentality. While our office is laid back, we work really hard to meet deadlines and deliver excellence. But, we have fun along the way with our monthly chug and grubs, libation hours every Friday, Ping-Pong tournaments, summer outings, quarterly open houses, and our annual gift exchange for the holidays.
The Office Interview
Our casual office environment leads to an office interview that is more like a conversation. We strive to understand who you are as a person, what motivates you and how well you fit into the role, the team and our culture. Our interviewers use a behavioral interview style to uncover examples of how you performed in different scenarios in the past. You will meet with several LYONSCG team members to get a real sense of LYONSCG and how we work.
