LYONSCG Named One of Best Places to Work in Chicago By Crain’s Chicago Business

Christian Sharrow-Blaum • April 12, 2018

Today, we’re proud to announce that Crain’s Chicago Business has named LYONSCG as one of Chicago’s Best Places to Work in 2018! This prestigious recognition highlights the Chicago-area companies that employees love most. Organizations were assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention.

“We’re thrilled to be named one of Chicago’s Best Places to work,” said Rich Lyons, CEO and President of LYONSCG. “Over the past 15 years, we’ve strived to develop and maintain a positive, collaborative culture, and this award acknowledges that.”

LYONSCG was chosen as one of Chicago’s Best Places to Work based on survey responses about what employees liked best – and least – about the workplace. The survey covered a wide range of topics, from benefits and perks to career paths and leadership, ensuring judges had a broad perspective during the selection process. It’s not just about rewarding the companies that have meditation rooms, Ping-Pong tables, gym reimbursement policies, or beer in the fridge on Fridays (which we have, by the way), but the award highlights companies who value their employees, listen to them, and continually invest in them.

“LYONSCG is focused on delivering success to our clients, and that starts with the success of our employees,” said David Barr, EVP and Co-Founder of LYONSCG. “By taking measures to recognize hard work, to develop skills through professional training, and to promote our unique, positive culture, we understand the value of our employees.”
