10. Unified Commerce Forum 2017
Every year, LYONSCG hosts a forum for clients and partners with the intention of building relationships, exchanging ideas, and staying on the cutting edge of eCommerce. This year’s forum was all about unified commerce. Brandon Witcher, Principal Analyst at Forrester, took the group through detailed research into technologies that are worth the hype. Executives at Intermix, Tourneau, and Pharmaca discussed real-life unified commerce applications in a rousing panel led by LYONSCG Executive VP and Co-Founder Dave Barr. All in all, the 2017 Commerce Connect Forum was a highlight of 2017.

One of the biggest initiatives for the company in 2017 was launching a new website. Focused on stylish design, fresh content, and an interactive user experience, the new site captures the spirit and personality of the company.
3. B2B eCommerce in 2017: The Time is Now
The digital transformation of B2B commerce truly took off in 2017. Our number 1 blog post of 2017 was a big one. Capgemini, a global leader in consulting and technology services, acquired LYONSCG in September to bolster its digital and eCommerce practices. The post goes on to detail how Capgemini and LYONSCG are a perfect fit.
