Learn How to Integrate Social and Email at Listrak’s Customer Connections NYC

Next week, LYONSCG is sponsoring Listrak’s Customer Connections event on February 2 in New York City. This will be a great event for retail marketers who are serious about learning how to please customers and drive revenue across all marketing channels. The event will feature presentations from industry leaders, collaborative round tables, and networking opportunities for attendees to connect with the best and brightest in the industry.

Jess Jenkins, Digital Strategy Consultant at LYONSCG, will be presenting the Lunch and Learn session entitled, “Complementary Channels: How Marketers Can (and Should) Amplify their Reach through Integrated Social Media & Email Programs.”

Jess’ presentation will be a great opportunity for those interested in learning about best practices surrounding the combination of social media and email to maximize success (all while staying on budget!). Her presentation will cover customer acquisition, messaging, and how to amplify your reach through customer data and social advertising.

But how do you even begin to tackle these areas, you ask? First you must find existing and new customers by growing your email list via social opt-in, lead ads, and socially driven sweepstakes. Then you must unify your messaging and create personalized campaigns, engage active influencers, and share content. Finally, you must amplify your reach by leveraging new insights, utilizing advanced paid advertising, and employing cross channel merchandising.

Jess will go in-depth on all of the above topics, but the key takeaway will be to get creative with customer data. By knowing exactly who your shoppers are, and then crafting messages and experiences to coincide with their backgrounds and interests, you’ll please your customers and keep them coming back for more.
