Eleven years ago today, Rich Lyons enlisted the expertise of Dave Barr and started a small technology consulting company called Lyons Consulting Group. A company that began as “the single point of contact for all your IT needs” (the original slogan of LYONSCG), has turned into the industry’s premier eCommerce Digital Agency, serving brand, retail, and B2B organizations with tailored eCommerce solutions that “maximize potential.”
From the company’s humble beginnings in Rich’s own home, to its present day headquarters in Chicago’s iconic Civic Opera House, LYONSCG continues to grow both in projects and people. Over the past two years, the company has doubled headcount across our Chicago, Rockford, Ann Arbor offices and beyond, and has launched more than 200 enterprise ecommerce sites.
LYONSCG has transformed its purpose from an information technology firm to an agency that offers a full range of services for online retailers beginning with Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing and extending through Experience Design, Platform Implementation, Application Development, Hosting, and Support.
