To Whom It May Concern,
I just want to take a quick opportunity to let you know how phenomenal Kevin from your Support Center has been to Oneida, not only this past weekend, but since he’s been assigned to us. Long story short – Oneida’s website experienced a glitch early Friday morning. In all the chaos, I needed help from Kevin. Within 1 minute of emailing him, he responded and was ready, willing and able to help in anyway he could. We spoke several times on the phone and he was key in getting a MAJOR issue fixed and I am sure, dropped everything he was doing to help me. His actions saved us thousands of dollars of lost sales. In short, without his speedy response, we would have been in some serious trouble. The only reason I call this out is because all to often, we only hear the negative things. Kevin has been so good and dedicated to Oneida. Just wanted to let you know how much I value lyonscg’s support team all they do for Oneida!
