Day Timer – Magento Enterprise
Challenge
Previously, Day Timer’s ecommerce site was built on a 100% homegrown solution, which proved to be time-consuming and problematic for their marketing and IT departments.
Solution
Using the Magento Enterprise platform as the foundation, lyonscg built several key extensions and integrations that expanded the site’s functionality even further. One major extension was a complex product configurator for customers to build their own personalized planners with their choice of color, sizes, and even engraving options, giving customers complete control when selecting their planner needs.
Day Timer’s goal with their new ecommerce site was not to only provide a more personalized shopping experience, but also to improve online efficiency by integrating the website with other facets of their business. The team at lyonscg built several intricate integrations with Day Timer’s other systems, including their OMS, CMS, fulfillment, and inventory.
