Challenge

Compact Appliance.com was created to provide an online destination for people in search of distinctive home appliances that offer maximum functionality in a minimal amount of space. While they had grown to be one of the top 500 Retail Web Sites as reported by Internet Retailer Magazine, Compact Appliance desired increased functionality and marketing and merchandising abilities for their ecommerce website.

Solution

lyonscg implemented and integrated the Demandware Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Since the launch, Web sales are up more than 25% according to Jason Roussos, the President of Compact Appliance. The company now has more flexibility when it comes to merchandising and marketing capabilities and no longer needs to rely on IT to help them.
