Miss out on X.commerce?
For those of you who don’t know, Magento hosted the 3-day Innovate Developer Conference out in San Francisco from October 12th – 14th. This conference was the launch of X.commerce. X.commerce is a new platform that provides merchants with a powerful set of tightly integrated tools that they can use to easily build and execute innovative commerce strategies. This platform brings together assets from eBay, PayPal and Magento in an open environment that will leverage the talent of the worldwide developer community.
I really enjoyed keynote #1 and would highly recommend spending the 90 minutes to watch it in your spare time. Magento is coming up with so many cool ecommerce solutions. And not just any solution, but fast, easy, dependable, and exciting solutions that can work for all different styles and types of online business models. So if you are involved in ecommerce in any way, shape, or form, you better pay attention to what Magento is bringing to the ecommerce table!
