What We’re Thankful For

Christian Sharrow-Blaum • November 22, 2017

The holidays are drawing near and 2017 is coming to a close. This time of year is a perfect opportunity to look back, take stock, and acknowledge all we have to be thankful for. Here’s what some LYONSCG employees had to be grateful for in 2017.

I am thankful for great leadership, great clients, and the best teams in the business!

  • Andrew Lewis

I’m very thankful for the opportunity to work remotely. It allows me to manage my schedule and optimizes my quality of life. Most importantly, I get to spend more time with my family. Thank you, LYONSCG, for providing the platform for our lives. Go, ONE TEAM!

  • Marco Nicolini

I am thankful to work for a company with great leadership, talented co-workers, and a broad range of clients in a meaningful and fast-paced environment.

  • Dave Durbin

I am thankful for being able to work on complex problems with smart humble people. We really do get to take risks for our clients, work hard, and learn from each other almost every day.

  • Kate McKinnon

I’m thankful for my wife and kids. I’m thankful for having a home and living in a caring community. I’m thankful for having an income and working with good people. I’m also thankful for the health of myself and my loved ones.

  • Ed Buturla

A few things I’m thankful for:

A tremendous ONE TEAM effort on Tapestry/Kate Spade’s new North American site launch!

Weekends, late nights, customer-focused reviews, and conversations from everyone across departments and roles!

The fun, friendly, and smart team of people I work with every day in the Application Service department!

A dedicated executive and management team eagerly meeting with us and answering questions regarding our acquisition by Capgemini!

  • Rob Pontious

Grateful for a life full of AWESOME friends, family, and co-workers.

Grateful for a life that has been full of laughter, travel, and champagne.

Grateful that I live in a country that may not be perfect but allows me to voice my appreciation and discontent.

  • Danielle Savin

I am thankful to be a part of this ONE TEAM, that shows a willingness to continuously learn and truly sees failures as an opportunity. As Rich always says, ‘this is learning organization,’ and I am grateful we are curious to learn every day.

I am so very thankful for my family, my beautiful baby girl Noëlle, my amazing husband Derek, and our awesome dog Rémie. I am thankful for my health, my job, and my overall happiness!

  • Allison Zakowski

I’m thankful for teammates and leaders who I feel actually care about me as a person!

I am thankful for a team that goes the extra mile as a normal course of business.

  • Kate Tenbrink

I am thankful to be a part of a tight-knit team that’s always willing to go the extra mile.

I am thankful for leadership that challenges and empowers me to grow in my role and in my career.

I am thankful for the protected bike lanes Chicago continues to build.

I am so thankful for the family, friends, and moments that make life unique.

I am thankful for each new day.
