SAP Implementation

Challenge
With roughly 60 world-wide production facilities each having a variety of applications, a tier one automotive supplier needed a lead integrator to expand SAP into 30 of these facilities.

Solution
As lead integrator, LyonsCG was responsible for all phases of deliverables from initial gap analysis to blueprint, realization and testing/final prep for each production facility. The SAP implementation of 4.6c included MM, PP, SD, Plant Maintenance modules as well as many integration points to other applications within the enterprise.

Outcome
LCG successfully integrated SAP to production facilities throughout North America. The organization is now fully operational on a global SAP solution, reducing its dependence on and risk from legacy applications by sun-setting them. The corporation now enjoys having one single enterprise application to manage its business and provide information to make better organizational decisions
