Interests:
If I could start every day with a workout followed by a strong cup of coffee, and end it with a bacon cheeseburger and a cold IPA I'd be happy forever! I also enjoy playing guitar, obsessing over vintage sports cars I'll never own, and spending quality time with my wife and two beautiful girls. And Game of Thrones. Who doesn't love Game of Thrones?
What I love about my job:
I work with the best people! LYONSCG is full of smart, talented individuals who come together to make an exceptional team. We like to say "give me a problem to solve" -- and I think that speaks to what UX is all about. We enjoy being on the front lines, working with our clients to help them grow and be successful.
Interests:
I am a Spin Cycle enthusiast! I love watching anything Bravo and almost all-original content on Netflix. Traveling around the world to see new places. My 3 CATS and last, but not least, champagne!
What I love about my job:
I absolutely love my team! Creating a team that works hard and plays hard together. At LYONSCG, our goal is to help our clients achieve their ideal state through conversion optimization inclusive of digital marketing and digital strategy.
Interests:
My ideal Saturday is going on a long hike with my wife and our almost one year old daughter (the latter isn't much of a walker yet, but she's great at hanging out in a carrier and alternating between naps and singing), grabbing a then justifiably large meal outside somewhere, and sneaking in a scary movie when the little one goes down for the night. I'm also a big runner and reader.
What I love about my job:
As the Analytics Manager, my team and I get to play digital detective, figuring out customer trends and uncovering optimization opportunities. So I get to work with smart people solving puzzles all day, and I'm paid to do this. It's fantastic.
Interests:
Cheering on all Boston sports teams and Marquette basketball, spending time along the Chicago lakefront, early morning spin classes, and hanging out with family and friends.
What I love about my job:
I love that I have been given the opportunity to continually try new things, to be creative, to test new ideas, and to grow professionally. And I have a lot of fun doing it!
Interests:
I'm a diehard Chicago Cubs fan! I am a Girl Scout troop leader -- the time spent with my Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors helps keep everything else in perspective. I also love gardening and entertaining, especially when the two come together and I can spend time with my family and friends in my urban oasis.
What I love about my job:
I love that we are so focused on being the best at digital commerce. I’ve worked for other agencies in the past – all have a wide breadth of services and scope. Our focus on digital commerce gives us a purpose as a team and an edge in the market.

The Application Process
After you submit your application, we conduct an in-depth screening process where we look for a match with basic qualifications and experience requirements. We continue the process with a telephone screen with one of our recruiters and perhaps with the hiring manager.
Our casual office environment leads to an office interview that is more like a conversation. We strive to understand who you are as a person, what motivates you, and how well you fit into the role, the team, and our culture. We use a behavioral interview style to uncover examples of how you performed in different scenarios in the past. You will meet with several members of the LYONSCG team to get a real sense of who we are and how we work.
